2012 DES Staff Raffle Order Form

 

All Tickets $1 * Pre-Orders due by January 25

 

The DES staff has once again generously donated their time and talents to our annual Staff Raffle. The raffle, held in conjunction with Bingo Night on Friday, January 27, is truly a highlight for the children each year!

 

Students who wish to buy raffle tickets should return their money and completed order form in an envelope marked Staff Raffle.  Volunteers will prepare your child's raffle tickets for all orders received by Wednesday, January 25.  Tickets may also be purchased at the event.  Cash or checks made payable to DES PTA will be accepted.

 

 

Winners will be selected and announced at Bingo Night and DO NOT need to be present to win. Staff will make arrangements with the winners to determine the date and time to fulfill their prize.  Good Luck!

Mrs. McKenna and Mrs. Souder will treat 1 student from each Kindergarten class (plus 2 friends each) to a fantastic movie and popcorn during lunch and recess (students should bring their lunches).

Mrs. Smeller, Mrs. Cavanaugh, and Mrs. Heitzler (Agate) will treat 3 students (plus 1 friend each) to donuts, fruit and juice at a yummy breakfast held before school on a special day! There will be 1 winner from each 1st grade reading initiative class.

3 lucky 5th Graders can be "Teacher For A Day!" 1 student in each 5th grade class will meet with Mrs. Rose, Mr. Thompson, and Mrs. Waechter ahead of time to plan the lessons.  The winners will teach the lessons for the day on "Take Your Child to Work " day and join their teachers for lunch.

If you love P.E., place your tickets here!  Mr. Kaufman will hold an open gym for 45 minutes after school for 5 students plus 1 friend each. Date and time to be determined.

 

Mrs. Koehn invites 1 student (and 2 friends) to stay after school for an ice cream sundae (make your own) and then create a clay project in the Art room.

 

Enjoy Ms. Sekuler's famous, chewy, delicious, and homemade cookies:

100 chocolate chunk/oatmeal cookies: buttery, and filled with chocolate chips and grated chocolate. Please give 2 weeks notice before the date the cookies are needed and provide containers for transport – plastic works best.

Mrs. Traub, Mrs. Gibbons, Mrs. O'Neil and Mrs. Whitman will treat 4 lucky students to a delicious lunch from Baja Fresh right here at school.  Each student may invite a friend. Olé!

 

Mrs. Nantz will treat 2 students to a fun breakfast before school on a day to be determined. Each winner may invite 1 friend.

 

Mrs. O'Dwyer, Mrs. Selwood, and Mrs. Frazier will treat 1 student (plus 2 friends) to a Subway lunch at their designated lunchtime. Eat Fresh!

 

Be "Principal for a Half Day!"  Mrs. Colgary is giving 2 lucky students the opportunity to be the principal for either a morning or an afternoon on a date to be scheduled in agreement with the students' teachers.  Lunch with Mrs. Colgary is also included!
